Refund policy

We have a 3-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and defective issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your product will be replaced with same prroduct or any other product, according to your preference.

Opening Video
Please record a package opening video, to make your return smother. Without a opening video return is completely depends on our decision. If we feel your claim is genuine, we’ll approve, otherwise it will get denied. 

Valid return reason
Receiving different or defective products are easy returnable.  We'll arrange pickup and exchange it with same pice of item. 

Exchanges
Easy exchange on different, defective product received, different colour valiant received, size issue or quality issue. Replacement is only applicable with same product or any other product as customer want. In case if we don't a the product available, we may issue a store credit for your future purchase. 

Where return is not valid
Return is not valid "No more needed", "Don't like the product or colour", "doesn't fit on me" , "doesn't like the quality" this kind of issue. Exchange is still valid on those issues.

Photos & videos can be different in colour temperature or vibrancy or tint by 10% 
Photos and video's colours are subject to shooting, camera setting, background, editing, colour grading. It can be sightly different with actual colour. Most of the products are shoot on 5000K- 5500K colour temperature. Colour can also vary according to different display on different device you use. We always try to make it as accurate as possible. Sometimes there might be some minor different. No return of replacement of colour issue. Design of the product will be 100% accurate as seen on image.

Refunds
Refund is only subject to product not available, sold out, customer never received delivery & pin code not serviceable. If customer faced any issue after receiving the products, Store credit or exchange will be Provided.

If refund approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
